It may feel brash but the purpose of seeking assessment informs the referral question. This is critically important to psychologists as it helps us to determine the most appropriate battery of assessments to administer.
Assessment is not a one size fits all approach as it’s purpose is to identify your individual strengths, difficulties, and patterns of behaviour. There are many types of assessments and equally as many reasons for seeking assessments.
