Conscious Mind Centre is a leading integrative and holistic trauma psychology and mental health clinic for adults, conveniently located on the Northern Gold Coast in Coomera.

A Note from the Founders

We are a husband and wife team, founders of Conscious Mind Centre, Gold Coast. We started this journey with a clear intention to humanise healing for individuals navigating trauma, adverse childhood experiences, complex mental health challenges, and life transitions.

Healing does not occur in isolation. It happens within relationships built on trust, consistency, and respect. This belief shapes everything we do from the ground up, the way our administration team engages with patients, to how care is delivered in the therapy room.

Our commitment is to provide a space where care is deliberate, clinicians are supported, and patients are met with dignity, clarity, and professionalism at every stage of their healing journey.

Our Philosophy

At Conscious Mind Centre, we take a trauma-focused and integrative approach to mental health care. Trauma can affect the nervous system, sense of identity, relationships, and ones sense of purpose; it’s much more than a list of symptoms.

We ground our clinical practice in evidence-based psychology, and ethical practice, while acknowledging the whole person and lived experience patients bring to the therapy room. We do not believe in a one-size approach to treatment, our psychologists develop personalised treatment plans with respect to patient history, capacity, and goals.

We believe that innovative approaches, including Medicine-Assisted Therapy, must be grounded in preparation, ethical restraint, and personalised integration. Healing is not accelerated by novel techniques alone, it requires safety, ethics, and care.
