Cancellation Policy

We understand the importance of time management and planning, and as a courtesy to other patients needing appointments, Conscious Mind Centre have a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

For seamless appointment management, patient’s can book and reschedule appointments via our website until 48 hours prior to appointment time or you can contact our administration team during office hours at any time.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• Less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will incur $180 fee.
• Less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time & unattended appointments will incur the full $230 fee.

Where insufficient notice is provided, the schedule fees will be charged. Any late cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled. Conscious Mind Centre reserve the right to take any further reasonable action necessary to recover any unpaid fees, and to bill you for any reasonable additional costs incurred in taking such action.

Cancellation of any Medicine-Assisted Therapy preparation or integration sessions may delay the entire process of your Medicine-Assisted Therapy. This is due to the availability of the team involved in delivering and facilitating the process. Delays may require you to restart the Medicine-Assisted Therapy preparation process again.
